We are no longer accepting insurance. We will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. There is no guarantee your insurance company will reimburse you for our services. We are not responsible for reimbursement from your insurance company.

To cancel an appointment before the 48 hour auto charge time please send a T-Secure Message through your app.
Therapy appointments cancelled within 48 hours of an appointment will result in a $50.00 non- refundable fee.
Testing/ assessment appointments cancelled within 48 hours of an appointment will result in a $200.00 non-refundable fee.
